Amanda is the Group Chief Executive Office and also the Chief Financial Officer of Palewater Global Management Inc. She has over 17 years in finance and accounting experience. Most recently, Ms. Wester served as the Chief Financial Officer for Viamedia, the 5th largest independent media advertising company. Amanda brought strong financial management and treasury experience working with both debt and equity providers.

Previously, Amanda served as the Chief Financial Officer for Innovative Mattress Solutions (IMS). During her tenure with IMS, she brought innovative opportunities into consumer lending that afforded the company a competitive advantage, growth to strategic partner relationships and a keen focus on customer excellence. She also recently served as the Chief Financial Officer of Viamedia, before that was Risk Manager and M&A Manager at Blackhawk Mining and she also served as a Finance Design Consultant at Vanguard Software Group. Before all this, she served as US Controller at Alltech and she also served as Assurance Audit Manager at Ernst & Young fot over 6 years. Amanda holds a BS Accounting with the University of Tennessee Chattanooga.

Kent is the Chairman of Palewater Global Management Inc. He is also a vice-chairman of the board of directors of Williamsville Sears Management Inc. He is a global operational executive with expertise leading complex businesses in strategy, finance, logistics, human resources, administration and change management to drive efficiency, profitability and risk reduction.

Most recently Kent served as the Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director of AMVETS National Service Foundation, one of the largest and oldest Veterans Service Organizations in the United States. Kent transformed the organization, affiliated with multiple corporate entities, while working with the Boards of AMVETS National Service Foundation and Charities Inc. to drive growth and operational improvement. Prior to AMVETS, Kent worked with the Legislative and Executive Branches of the United States Government, including advising the Chairman Emeritus of the House Appropriations Committee for all Appropriations subcommittees encompassing an $1.8 trillion+ budget. He was also a senior advisor on issues relating to Defense, National Security, Veterans Affairs and Military Construction.

Kent serves on the Board of Governors of the National Association of Nonprofit Organizations & Executives, the Board of Directors of the Military Order of Foreign Wars. His board and advisory work covers governance, finance, audit, logistics, strategic planning and development.

Kent is a Member and Fellow of the National Association for Corporate Directors, holding certifications in Cybersecurity, Leadership and Governance, and is a Member of the American College of Corporate Directors. He is also Certified as a Nonprofit Executive, Development Executive and Nonprofit Consultant from the National Association of Nonprofit Organizations & Executives and as a Demonstrated Master Logistician (DML) from the Society of Logistics Engineers.

A distinguished and highly decorated Veteran of the United States Army, Kent retired as a Lieutenant Colonel after a 24-year military career. He worked with US allies, foreign militaries and governments, advised senior leaders of the US Armed Forces domestically and abroad on strategy, logistics and resource planning and led operations of major personnel deployments globally. Kent has regional expertise in Iraq, Kuwait, Africa and Afghanistan. Kent earned a Post-Graduate Certificate in Legislative Studies and a Master of Arts in Public Policy Management from Georgetown University. He is also a graduate of the US Air Force, Air War College and the US Army War College.

Dr. Tiffany Brown is a Non-Executive Director of Milost Global Inc. She is also the Chairman & CEO of Palewater Global Management Inc. She is no stranger to hard work and putting forth a strong effort to create success. The native of Atlanta has taken great pride in her education and strives to continue broadening her knowledge. Graduating with a degree in Political Science from the prestigious Spelman College in 2001, a Master’s degree in Public Administration from Clark Atlanta in 2004 and also a Doctorate in Public Policy from Walden University in 2009, Dr. Brown earned these achievements through determination and the desire to achieve her goals.

She has held positions with the United States Government Accountability Office, Fulton County District Attorney’s Office, Georgia Law Center for the Homeless, Georgia Conservation Voters, Supreme Court of Georgia, Equifax, Coca-Cola Enterprises, and Atlanta Bar Association. Upon Graduation from Walden University, she has truly impacted change as an academic and practitioner. Dr. Brown is a former 2009 Write-in Atlanta Mayoral Candidate and owner of 4 companies:

• Tribute Contracting LLC, a minority owned government consulting firm (with Three FEMA Contracts over a span of five that equals 10.8 million and 1 million sales this year alone)
• Tiffany Brown Designs- women’s clothing line
• Tiffany Brown Holdings Inc.- Consulting firm that have five divisions: entertainment, vending, radio, food, nonprofit management and book publishing
• Luxe Fuel- A beverage delivery software app

She is the an author of several books: Daily Reflections of Life: A Book of Affirmations for the Ambitious (2010), Prayers of a Faithful Woman (2011), Anger: How to Control It So It Won’t Control You (2014) and Beware: The Risks to Faith Based organizations regarding political advocacy and corporate sponsorship (October 2018 Release).

In 2010, She was honored as a “Influencer” by BOSS Network for my social media activity (Twitter @drtiffanybrown) as a motivator force. The BOSS Network is a women’s empowerment alliance dedicated to highlighting women and creating opportunities for growth through networking beyond events. BOSS was named among the top 100 websites and one of the top 10 career sites for women in 2010 by Forbes.com

She is also an avid runner. She just completed her eighth Peachtree Road race and Thanksgiving Half Marathon. She is a member of the Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Incorporated and active member of Impact Church where Rev Olu Brown is the Senior Pastor. She is the former President of the Women’s Usher Board, Corporate Sponsorship Coordinator, Board of Trustees and Vice Chair of Church Council.
